A kde je vz\u00edt, kdy\u017e je \u010dlov\u011bk zrovna nem\u00e1?Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed i na tuto ot\u00e1zku existuje odpov\u011b\u010f. Kdy\u017e nesta\u010d\u00ed pen\u00edze vlastn\u00ed, m\u016f\u017eeme si na ony rekonstruk\u010dn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce t\u0159eba i p\u016fj\u010dit. Na tom, abychom m\u011bli nemovitost, kter\u00e1 by se za takto z\u00edskan\u00e9 pen\u00edze dala do z\u00e1stavy. A jakmile takovouto z\u00e1ruku dok\u00e1\u017eeme nab\u00eddnout, m\u00e1me sv\u00e9 jist\u00e9. M\u00e1me pen\u00edze, za kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eeme vesele rekonstruovat.
